This extremely popular cast-iron wood-burning stove can, with its long firebox, accommodate logs up to 45 cm in length. It is a radiant stove and is equipped with a riddling grate, ash tray and ash pan. Like most other Morsø stoves, the 2B Classic meets the most stringent environmental requirements in the world. Morsø’s characteristic 2B Classic with radiant heat is still a very popular series. The long firebox is large enough to take logs 45 cm long. It can heat up to 150 sq. m.

Based on 1930s Morsø Forest Wood Stove, Morsø has launched the 2B standard 2020. As with all current Morsø stoves, the 2B Standard 2020 wood stove is equipped with the very latest in combustion technology for greatly reduced smoke emissions. An ‘air-washed’ glazed door has been added for a comfortable uninterrupted view of the fire and the long, spacious firebox has been adapted to burn wood briquettes and logs up to 18” long. The 2B Standard 2020 produces enough heat to warm up to 1000 sq ft.

Fully constructed from cast iron, it packs a punch with it's nominal output of 4.3Kw and is suitable for woodburning. EcoDesign Ready. This little stove features a large glass door for excellent views of the flames and is EcoDesign ready meaning it is one of the cleanest stoves on the market making it ideal for sustainable heating. Defra exemption means it is able to burn wood in smoke controlled areas. It has some of the lowest clearances for any stoves in the UK and has the option to add Direct Air making it ideal for new build installations.
