The elegant black finish of the exterior and flue is augmented by the interior of your choice. The black interior finish throws the fire into sharp relief, while the mirrored ceraglass finish creates even more depth to the fire display. For the front glass panel, you also have the choice of standard or anti-glare Clearview glass.
While the Dru Polo is built specifically for smaller areas, you should not be fooled by its relatively small size, as it produces up to 4kW of heat output, with an impressive 92% efficiency due to its excellent insulation and closed combustion Lineburner flame technology.
It is compact and economical enough to install in places like your kitchen, conservatory, home office, or intimate family room but also in well-insulated larger rooms with the doors kept closed. Because it is freestanding and is fitted with a balanced flue and PowerVent, it can be installed virtually anywhere. The balanced flue is perfect for glass-fronted fires and consists of two concentric pipes, one within the other. The inner pipe expels any waste gases through the wall, roof, or even crawl space in the ceiling; while the outer pipe draws fresh air from outside for the combustion process, without depleting the oxygen levels in the room.
The Dru Polo gas fire is equipped with a fully-featured remote control, electronic ignition system, a thermostatic regulator and timer, allowing you to remotely control the heat output from 1.6kW to 4kW. Its versatility is further enhanced by the fact that it can use both propane gas and natural gas.
