The Brief
The hotel had an old fireplace that was badly damaged and cracked. The fireplace wasn’t drawing very well and had smoke stains. During refurbishment, we removed the fireplace, fixed the issues with the chimney and smoking and fitted a new Chesneys Surround.

- Chimney sweep, cherry picker to test and commission fireplace and chimneys
- Installation of fireplace insert, hearth, and surround
- Commissioning and Hetas Certification for Installation

- Sealed with matt stone sealer
