At the heart of the P-10 is Stûv’s patented bottom-fed burner system, which gently feeds pellets into the fire from below. This innovative design produces a natural, vibrant flame while minimising ash build-up and ensuring consistently clean, efficient combustion. Combined with an advanced electronic control system, the stove continuously adjusts pellet feed and combustion air to maintain your chosen room temperature with exceptional precision.

Combustion & Heat Distribution
1. Fresh Air Supply
Combustion air is drawn either directly from outside the property (through the rear or beneath the stove) or, where appropriate, from within the room.
2. Sealed Combustion System
The combustion air intake, firebox and flue form a fully sealed system, helping to preserve your home’s energy efficiency and airtight construction.
3. Efficient Heat Recovery
Hot flue gases pass through a high-efficiency heat exchanger before being extracted by a quiet fan and safely discharged through the flue, recovering as much heat as possible.
4. Cool Room Air Intake
Cool air from the room is drawn into the stove to be gently reheated.
5. Convected Heat
As the air passes through the convection chamber, it absorbs heat from the heat exchanger, maximising efficiency without mixing with combustion gases.
6. Natural Warm Air Distribution
The heated air rises naturally from the top of the appliance, providing comfortable, even warmth throughout the room.
7. Radiant Heat & Flame View
At the same time, the large ceramic glass radiates gentle warmth directly into the room while offering a clear, uninterrupted view of the beautifully natural flame.
LOADING DOOR
The loading door lets you load the pellets at hip height. The 16kg hopper capacity offers 10 hours of heating at maximum power or 30 hours at minimum power.
Pellet conveying
Pellets are stored in a generously sized hopper beneath the firebox and are delivered to the patented burner by an Archimedes screw (auger). This controlled feed system gently transfers the pellets into the burner, eliminating the clicking or dropping noises commonly associated with many pellet stoves. The result is exceptionally quiet operation, precise fuel delivery and a consistently beautiful flame.
